- Good benefits - Good work/life balance - A lot of communication between management and employees through all-hands meetings and presentations, however the communication is usually one-sided (top-down)

- A very traditional company culture, where there is not a two-way engagement between top management and employees. - Not enough diversity within the workforce - Not a super collaborative environment to work at - Company lacks passion and enthusiasm
