Great if you are from Asia and have total disregard for American employment laws called EOE that Americans hold dearly

Cons

Good luck if you are an American. This company loves H1B's and asians Merit increases statistically are ethnicity/gender and ethnicity/gender of your boss. E.g. Female with Female boss: 25% merit increase & director promotion path especially if incompetent Chinese with Chinese boss: 20% merit increase & promotion Indian with Chinese boss: 2% merit & no promotion Indian with Indian boss: 25% merit increase & promotion Chinese with American boss: Same as everyone else - there's a EOE law that American's are obliged by Indian with American boss: Same as everyone else - there's a EOE law that American's are obliged by Other: Good luck- take the package

Pros

Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

Cons

Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
