Managers micromanage everything you do. You can't take any of your vacation. The software has technical issues that management can't seem to figure out which makes for a poor customer Experience. We have no team engagement, it's work, work! Management make their bonus on retaining the agents while we get a 100.00 bonus max. They change your schedule ever 6 months which is insane. It's also no Diversity in this company
