I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Quadient (Milford, CT) in Sep 2021
InterviewReceived phone call from recruiter. Brief 5 minutes overview and background. Was then set up for a Teams interview the following week with the Cash Application Manager. I thought it went very well as it lasted about 45 minutes even though at several points, the Manager never kept eye/face contact. They tell you they will keep you informed after you have completed your interview to solicit your interview feedback and your continued interest in the position, however I didn't get that unfortunately. I had to follow up on my end twice to get any type of feedback. That tells you right there communication, professionalism and commitment is not at the level they advertised.
