      Not sure how to answer this question honestly since there have been a lot of negatives

      I see thar HR is responding to negative reviews that employees should've contacted HR and mentioning their managers were well trained, but many of these employees did contact HR but because of the good ol boys mentality and perhaps a slap on the wrist to manager, they still proceeded to treat people in an ill manner, so contacting HR is useless. To respond to all the negative responses, Quadient must have hired someone in HR fulltime.

      Really big company so there are a lot of hoops to jump through if you want to get anything accomplished.

      Pros

      Lots of great people. Good long term vision. Strong product offering.

      Cons

      The mailing industry is declining. The company is pivoting to software, but is caught between short term revenue generation and long term profitability. Unfortunately, widespread layoffs of longtime employees in key positions has weakened the company culture and morale.
