Pros
- If you have a family, this place is great. There's a lot of flexibility including working from home, if something comes up last minute. - New management at the very top.
Cons
- The culture is very toxic. On the surface, there are a lot of really nice people, but when it comes down to the nitty gritty, all you will hear is whining and a lot of pent up frustration (both at corporate and in sales). - A lot of people here have been with the company for 20+ years. There's nothing wrong with tenure, but it becomes a problem when those tenured folk get complacent and don't want to put the effort into modernizing the way we think and do business from a back office perspective. - Pay is meh. If you're hourly, I'm sorry...you do get a lot of overtime at the end of each month to make up for it though. If you're salary, it's a bit better. Expect a 2% increase each year if you're lucky.
