Pros
A thriving sales floor where most people actually take pride in their achievements and strive to improve. Excellent ongoing sales and negotiation training. There is some pot luck depending on your manager's skills and management style, but overall I had a very positive experience with Neopost.
Cons
I had some issues towards the end after being placed with a different manager who micromanaged to the point of being a petty tyrant. There were also some *possible* issues with deals being withheld or put through as a way of manipulating monthly / quarterly revenue figures. This led to my final two month's commissions being many £100's lower than I had forecast. This was almost definitely more of a localised issue rather than any sign of more systemic problems, so my respect for the organisation definitely remains intact overall.
