Pros
Great Managers in the Pacific Northwest, and they have an ideal market agenda. Perfect opportunity for client development, and a well respected brand name. A cluster of products that make the selling process favorable, with an array of product line that make the decision process less complicated.
Cons
There was an inherent lack of "team" in the environment, with many issues to address in the client development arena. Not much (if any) support for the on-boarding process and the development of the new hires. Struggles to get things in line with corporate mandates at a regional level.
