      Pros

      The product is awesome. There are some great people here that will go the extra mile.

      Cons

      This is an extremely political environment with backstabbing, deal making and promotions based on relationships. This occurs at all levels. Culture as represented by the CEO does not exist. He is too disengaged to know better.

      Pros

      Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

      Cons

      Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.

      -Flexibility to work Remote -Pay is solid

      -Unexpected layoffs to performing employees -Losing customers to competitors -Poor management, lack of support
