      Single Sign On (SSO) access to company email and all resources benefits are clear to understand and layed out well the position itself is fullfilling

      Cons

      lack of communication from HR and an unclear rank structure for first-line contact in case of issues. unresponsive IT and Payroll personnel caused issues that would have otherwise been prevented.
