Pros
Flexible working hours. If you get lucky and get a good line manager, that helps hugely. Very good, friendly coworkers who genuinely want to make a difference. Decent medical etc. Free tea.
Cons
Very, very unequal opportunities. Bullying culture. Even when bullying is flagged up, excuses are made if the culprit is within a certain group of ringleaders. This is unacceptable. Management have a ridiculous attitude to workers, particularly towards those lower down. Morale in certain teams fluctuates wildly. Pressure is insanely high and is not kept at higher levels due to inept seniors. It is passed down very quickly.
