Pros

decent pay, decent benefits, salary is ok for the Okanagan

Management and HR are aware of bullies in the workplace and do NOT do ANYTHING about it. It is horrible! They say they have an open door policy but it is wrong. You can't go to anyone. Anyone you go to just listens and does nothing. The craziest thing is that HR told me they are aware of the problem, it has come up numerous times, YET they haven't done a thing about it! The COO is useless, no communication whatsoever. He will leave on 2 weeks vacation and doesn't let his department know. He will change a policy and when you follow the old one you will get reamed out. I am shocked that they have stayed in business as long as they have and even continue to turn a profit. It is a shame because they hire good employees who are smart but they leave because soon they realize how horribly it is run and how bad management is. There are actually yelling matches in meetings! Everyone is lost, having questions but no one can answer or even listen... Good people go there but they all leave. Like I said before, it is shocking the company is still in business.

- good people at the team level - decent benefits - allows for remote work

Cons

- management cares little for career goals or progression - limited resources for personal professional development - unable to see a project to the end within a reasonable timeframe - poor project management - poor middle management - little to no support from others within the company unless you stomp your feet enough

Pros

None come to mind and never will.

Cons

RCM Division lacks maturity. They advertise billing service, but only know coding. They focus on "big dollar" clients, putting all efforts into them, while the smaller clients they sign, they do not properly staff.
