      Pros

      Everyone knows the mission. We impact success directly. Pay is above average. Work structure is flexible and lots of perks. Great culture compared to most.

      Cons

      Its hard work which isnt for everyone. Customer Plants go down which is stressful

      It’s real work and you really need to be a team oriented person because a lot of collaboration occurs — lone wolfs may not like it here

      Indy Office has a small, friendly community

      Cons

      Recieved a full time offer early Sept 2025, right after the Summer internship. In Late March, 6 weeks before graduation, all full-time offers were rescinded due to "recent resource allocation."
