      Pros

      Great people, get to work with big chain retailers. Nobody knows what's going on, so you have a lot of freedom.

      Cons

      Lack of real communication. Everyone is on edge because they do not know what the ceo is going to do by the hour. They try to diversify but don't know how successfully. Possibly one line review from going under. They manufacturer nothing but old technology adhesives.

      Pros

      Divestiture of non-core business lines allowed for better focus. Very diverse team brings fresh outlook. Funny to read 10 year old reviews and see "sinking ship" and "no direction" when company has grown significantly before and since then.

      Cons

      No cons since under performing lines sold off.
