I interviewed at Q.E.P. (Burton upon Trent, England)
Interview
Teams meeting was scheduled and then a face to face meeting to discuss my previous experiences. I met some of the team and discussed the day to day operations of the job.
Very unprofessional. I interviewed with the company. I met a senior leader who spoke to me like I already had the job. Then never heard anything back, even after my follow up email. Did not even get the auto generated "Thank you but no thank you email. How hard is it to say not interested? They just ghosted me.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Q.E.P. (New York, NY)
Interview
Hiring & Interview process was very standard. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and welcoming. It wasn't until after I received a job offer that things IMMEDIATELY went south. The job offer was sent without including any of the company policies (time off, paid holidays, etc). I merely asked to see those policies before I signed the offer letter, and the HR rep IMMEDIATELY called me to tell me that "if I cared about the time off policy, I wasn't right for the position." She then proceeded to tell me that their employee handbook states that I wasn't qualified to take a single day off for the first YEAR on the job (which is probably why they didn't want to send me the policy). The next day my offer letter was rescinded via email, with no further explanation or discussion. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
