      Pros

      Money and benefits are okay

      Cons

      No cooperation or comraderie between divisions. Too many VPs and their important egos. Nobody helps others without being ordered to. VPs compete and conspire against eachother. Chairman is an outdated egomaniac from the pre Woke era. Emotional irrational decision making from ownership without discussion from subordinates. Blame culture causes everyone to be on pins and needles and not take risks.

      Pros

      Divestiture of non-core business lines allowed for better focus. Very diverse team brings fresh outlook. Funny to read 10 year old reviews and see "sinking ship" and "no direction" when company has grown significantly before and since then.

      Cons

      No cons since under performing lines sold off.
