Without question the best opportunity I have ever had to voice my passions and be given the opportunity to execute them. Awesome people and a fun environment to work. Flat org style and almost no BS around many of the traditional professional services firm’s traditions around perceptions and rules. Drive results and be elevated. Stay for a long time or leave when your ready, Pyxl is a worthwhile mark on your career.
Cons
Most roles are hard and you need to be self motivated. The team rallies around each other and there are lifelong friendships that develop from it, but it is only for those willing to make work a high priority. You will be ready to execute as a digital marketing professional at the highest levels after a stint here, but as with all good things that requires real commitment. Frankly if you are looking for something comfortable I would look elsewhere. You will have your comfort zones challenged.
