      Pretty chill team with lots of team-building exercises. The managers are great, and the work is very flexible.

      Pros

      good leadership....friendly and very fair. Innovation is the driver and they are flexible to do what is needed to grow revenue. For a small company its professionally run and a good culture

      Cons

      Limited resources and challenges with running two separate business units. A lot of turn over in engineering with limited supply of talent as they are headquarter i Calgary, Canada.
