      Good Salary. Pet friendly. In Inglewood.

      There is no training. Very poorly tested software, Very high turn over rate. A lot of company politics. Certain employees are overly favored.

      Pros

      good leadership....friendly and very fair. Innovation is the driver and they are flexible to do what is needed to grow revenue. For a small company its professionally run and a good culture

      Cons

      Limited resources and challenges with running two separate business units. A lot of turn over in engineering with limited supply of talent as they are headquarter i Calgary, Canada.
