• Low salary • Limited growth opportunities • Heavy workload — some days you can’t even take a break to eat because of strict account deadlines • No benefits for remote employees • During monthly meetings, management claims the company is growing and focusing on acquiring new clients, but the following week they suddenly laid off 20 employees • Poor training — it can take up to 6 months to fully adapt to the tasks and responsibilities assigned, but they sometimes expect you to understand everything in less than 2 months. It’s also difficult to ask for help since others are often busier than you. • Not sure if the company genuinely cares about employees mental health.
