No WFH if you live in Jacksonville FL but have other wfh in other cities, no work life balance, basic call flow and guidelines change randomly with my notice until they are listening to calls, metrics change randomly per manager, no 401k match or really any other benefits like other companies offer, pto is accured as work, when u use pto u get put on disciplinary action even if you have pto HRA in bucket, no separate sick time and vacation time, no legit training, learn as you go and no policy hub so far. U have to lean on google too much for me personally. I have been working here for a little over year and do more than what is presented in the job description when hired, management will put new ‘projects on you with little to no trying, management also states that a PowerPoint sent out is a training. Really it’s just too much to recall.
