Pros
Large, old, non-diverse company with a lot of mediocre performers. If you don't want to do much work this is the place for you. dDecent pay, benefits etc. that usual come with lot of large financial service organizations
Cons
This is an organization that pretends to transform but does nothing. The leadership (VPs and above) are only there because they have spent years not because of competence. The marketing organization is filled with Citi, Amex and Etrade people who try to bring in the cut-throat credit card company culture into an insurance company. Most of these have been hired due to their connections and not for skills or qualification. There is lack of innovation or culture to promote new thinking. Middle level management( VPs and above) lack leadership skills and does not know anything about team management or keeping the talent motivated.
