No incentive for high performers to stay as it is not a meritocracy and the compensation is way below market average, extremely easy for tenured people to skate by and fail up, the path forward is unknown and it’s unclear if senior leadership even has a plan at all or if they’re just waiting to retire. Had heard “better, bolder, faster” for years with literally nothing to show for it - I guess they’re trying now but they’re having a rough go of it. Technology is outdated to say the least. If you’re looking to grow and be challenged intellectually, this isn’t the place.
