- Some really good people, mostly commiserating together in a bad situation - Some disciplines have some really smart and talented people - Free parking - Dog friendly - O
Cons
- Chaotic, revolving door of talent as people realize they’ve been assigned to projects that are set up to fail and/or all career paths here, except for a select few, are an absolute dead end - It takes months to backfill positions, further burning out those who stayed committed and/or haven’t yet found a new job - Clients sign a scope of work for vague work that no one, internally or externally, can define and, thus, very few promises are ever fulfilled, and certainly not on time - Account directors are incredibly condescending and throw their “teams” under the bus to the client at every opportunity in an effort to save face - Everything is about optics - talent assessments, surveys about equality, volunteering, etc, meanwhile the company formally moved away from performance reviews and most, if not all, employees are constantly looking elsewhere - Benefits are a sham - no 401k match, a farce “profit sharing” plan that only vests after 5 years, minimal opportunities for advancement - if you’re interviewing and the agenda of your interviewers changes constantly, it’s probably because those people had a conflict at their own interviews elsewhere and/or decided to skip because they didn’t want to intentionally deceive you about a terrible opportunity
