Pros
Great clients, great benefits, really smart people, nice office/location, fun coworkers who like to socialize outside of work.
Cons
Very cliquey. Management very susceptible to flattery and ass-kissing, so those who are great at playing the popularity game will do much better than those who are not. People who are awkward socially will not excel, be given the good assignments. Saw many great people who were great workers, who attempted to have a life outside of work following their interests or attempting to have a family, passed over for the twenty-something with no life who will spend weekends in the office because they have nothing else to do.
