Pros

You get to learn new technical skills while working here. Exposure to real-time projects and hands-on development work. Can be useful for freshers who want practical experience. Encourages accuracy and completeness in project delivery.

Cons

Interns are either not paid or salaries are not given on time. Very little appreciation or recognition for the work done. Even genuine work is often discredited by saying it was done using ChatGPT. Bond is used as pressure, and employees are told they can be removed at any time even after signing it. Creates a sense of job insecurity and low morale.
