My time at Protocol has been brilliant. I've been given the opportunity to move around teams and progress professionally. The SLT and management team are always on hand to help with anything I need support on and are consistently looking for ways to improve the business... it has recently been announced that we are moving to a 4-day working week, which will do wonders for everyone's work-life balance. I was made to feel welcome from day 1 and have been able to go to events all over the country. All in, great company to work for!
