It used to be a great place before Gavin came and dismantled the organization
Cons
No accountability or transparency about merger or lay offs. Gavin and his minions blatantly lied during every step of the merger. There is no salary increase or bonus incentive to actually do a good job. There is low morale at work and many have chosen to be unemployed than to be apart of this horrible company.
