-Passive aggressive and bullying culture throughout the organization. -People team demonstrates and reflects this passive aggressive culture both within their team and to business leaders. -Old systems that are clunky, and so old that it slows processes down. -Poor leaders (Especially in the HR team) often believe they showcase strong leadership skills, yet they undermine themselves by talking about others behind their backs to others in the team and organization. -Too many meetings for the sake of having meetings and making people look like they are busy and know a lot.
