      Great culture and great leadership. True sense of psychological safety, a "you win, we win" mentality, and passion for improving the world.

      Cons

      On-boarding remotely has been a bit awkward, but the recruiting, orienting, and leadership teams have done great work making it as connected and smooth as possible.

      Very fast paced environment with a high expectation from employees. Schedule not flexible, expected to be in office or client site at least 4 days a week.
