      -As a company, really cares about employees as people first -Very supportive leadership team -Allows you to control how you allocate time (can choose to contribute more time toward the firm or focus on client engagements to achieve more balance) -Large focus on personal and professional development. Gives tools and resources to grow your skillset

      Very fast paced environment with a high expectation from employees. Schedule not flexible, expected to be in office or client site at least 4 days a week.
