Pros

Some very talented people but not recognised.

Cons

Conflicts of interest. Previous CEO hates the current CEO and vice versa. The UK team hates the Global team. The other investors fights for business without caring for customer needs. Family cousin running parts of the business without the right skill set. They will lie to you when they hire you. Global team waste resources on useless projects. Male dominant firm. Very sad Females spend time gossiping. Very sad. The whole firm is a mess. Wake up and treat people with respect. One day you will come to a point where you will need help and no one will come to your rescue. Security issues with client accounts. CEO spies on employee accounts.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review of Prominate. We are sorry to hear about your experience here and we do value all our current and former employees feedback. We have very talented and committed employees who are respected and recognised in a number of ways, through company awards, twice yearly appraisal discussions with associated bonuses and appreciation for what they do. We follow Investors in People guidelines to monitor and measure our performance. There appears to be a misunderstanding because the previous CEO and current CEO remain on very good terms. Both teams are performing well and our customer retention rate remains very high. We have invested in a number of training programmes that will help our managers grow to be the best leaders they can be. During the hiring period everything about the company and role are explained clearly and a detailed job description is always provided. We have in place a multi-stage interview process involving several different members of staff and conduct interview training. There is a good two-week induction period where employees spend time getting to know and start to understand all areas of the business as well as getting into the details of their role. There is a defined escalation process for any issues and a dedicated Organisational Development Manager in place to oversee the process and 65% of our workforce are females. We are ISO27001 UKAS accredited for Information Security, are CyberEssentials certified, independently train all staff for Information Security (Hiscox CyberClear Academy) and provide comprehensive management training. Thanks again for your review and we wish you all the best.

Pros

Prominate is a company with good intentions. They provide incredible flexibility, good pay for the job at hand, and you cannot beat the team and new ledership at the Atlanta location. The culture is phenomenal, and I would give 5 stars based on that alone.

Cons

Though the company is well-intentioned, it does not have the resources (not enough people, not enough time, too many "permissions" need to be acquired to get simple things done) that it should for the work being asked. There is a WILL to achieve, but it looks like the WAY is.....under construction. This leads to employees being overworked and highly stressed nearly all the time. Compounding that issue is the fact that there are not benefits or commission offered here, which is abnormal for the sales space. My advice to managment is to hire more staff, and stick to your word when you make a promise.
