Relatively low pressure, my TCM rocks and the other TCAs are team players

Upper management severely cut our hours, insists we’re “overstaffed” with a skeleton crew, no consistency week to week with shifts, information flows only from top to bottom, we got a “secret shopper” months ago and only recently got the results from it, the most painfully corporate and nitpicky upper management who are faceless and nameless to the TCAs, they watch us through the cameras and then deliver their critique from on high. I worked here for four months before we even got a microwave or fridge in the break room, and now that we’ve moved to a new office, we sit in a poorly air conditioned room all day sweating. Been consistently expected to do more for less as time goes on.
