Pros

I worked at Prometheus Group for 4 years, and while I will tell you not to disregard any reviews here, the company has so much to offer and deserves some context. I am only qualified to speak on my experience as a developer. The fundamental friction of Pg is that it just keeps growing and printing money. That sounds like a fake review lol, but in my 4 years we were literally on the exponential curve. We *doubled* headcount 3 times since I joined. It is hard work trying to keep the "secret sauce" that makes a company grow, even if we never stopped hiring very good people. You won't find reviews here of people who didn't like their direct coworkers. The engineering challenges at PG can be incredibly rewarding and impactful. The clients quite literally power the world and they operate at scale that reflects it. Future opportunties will be absolutely be interested in your experience working in the industry w/ Fortune 500 companies. Very few people graduating college know what SAP is, but after 3 years they definitely will. SAP is *everywhere*, and people who work at PG will be very good at it.

Cons

PG is an engineering company that won't take off their sales hat. No WFH

Pros

Product that actually works and great customers.

Cons

Almost everything. Sales leadership appear to only care about business and often miss the humans in the company. I think they want to do well but sadly, they miss the plot. Expect your leader to change quaterly (if not more), for them to play favorites, and for zero communication on people leaving the company. There is a frat boy mentality and remote employees are seen as a nuisance. Also, CEOs should set the tone. There is no communication (even just a simple video recording) from him during onboarding. All they care about is their bottom line at the expense of their employees. Reviews like this will prob not matter because of the quarter results. And writing this is a risk knowing they would want to find me and fire me instead of listening and changing.
