Pros

After 15 days of training you will get chance to work on ongoing projects. If you survive the training period. Team Leads forces to do overtime also in training. Only pros is that you will get projects tow work from day one. Employee of the month, I think 1k in hand, I don’t remember the exact amount. Last Saturday of each month a treat from company.

Cons

Joining at 7k, after completing 6 months training it can go 13k, not more than that, another 6 months 20k maximum, then 99 percent employees leave the company. The CEO comes at 8 to take update. And official time is 9:30 to 6:30, if you want to leave on time you to go in person to ceo room and give update. Very bad company to survive. I was there for 1.3 years, the day I resigned I remeber I was told to push 2 apps after fixing the testing bugs at around 8pm by the ceo, when I informed him I was working other projects and pushed to TestFlight, as asked by business analysts. His response was he(ceo) himself works late night, why you can’t, I told I am doing 4-5 projects form last 2-3 weeks i am leaving late night. Later that day I resigned. Then he never came to me for update in notice period. No EPF No insurance No Parking When I was there they didn’t have a tea vending machine also some local vendor used come with some biscuits and chips packets and throw it on the flow employees used to buy. But teas was free.
