      Some of the people I have worked with in 2nd line so far have been helpful in finding my feet

      Cons

      I watched 6 3rd Line People leave last year in short succession, its apparent Management is incapable of retaining staff as the technical direction is poor and calamitous at best

      Free food and some lovely staff.

      Cons

      Boys club with outdated processes. Managers who expect 120% of you. Unhelpful HR, who help the company and not their staff.

      Pros

      Really good people to work with and great opportunities to learn new technologies not in your skillset. along with a good self development culture from management who encourage all to take courses to develop your knowledge.

      Cons

      Lack of parking and difficulties negotiating salaries.
