      Gained valuable communication and teamwork skills, improved my ability to be efficient, and I learned a lot about clean eating habits.

      Cons

      Occasionally chaotic environment, and the salary difference from regular barista to shift lead barista is very small and does not make the responsibilities from being a shift lead worth it.
