Pros

Gainshare Work from home Green alert when it’s available

Cons

lack of training in onboarding micromanagers Not properly trained Thrown out there without knowledge Forced to make offers ( sales) even though we are not sales. They tell us how to offer and are pushy At first they tell you you have help ( Assist) and they tell you that you don’t have to sell but once you get on, they will write you up for not meeting sales metrics ( again we are not sales) Back to back calls You will be chastised for calling for help even though you’re not properly trained A bunch of fast food like team leads disguised as “supervisors”

Pros

One day a week in the office. No weekends. Work from home 4 days. New hires do have to be in office 2 days for first year then go to 1 day a week. Benefits are good. Everyone is awesome. Really only had one supervisor who was a little on the micro managing side but they were new to it. Other than that VP don down the line to adjuster are all super nice and approachable

Cons

It’s a stress full job. I love it but it’s not for everyone. You have to be on your A game every day or you will get behind
