Pros

The pay is competitive compared to other local call centers and the people here are nice and professional. It's okay. Not a career

Cons

Beyond heavy workload. In order to stay on top of everything you will need to work through your lunch. I come in stressed i leave stressed. No time to even take a quick break or you workload piled up

Pros

Great supervisor, and great coworkers. Training was good and I left training fully able to do my job with confidence. Sometimes we have fun meetings to attend. Can work in office when we want which is nice on days I want to get out of the house since I work remotely.

Cons

Low pay for work load and responsibilities. Extra responsibilities don’t equal extra pay. Very micromanaged and timed per task which can be stressful if a task takes longer than it should due to circumstances outside of your control. Low raises even with high performance rating.
