Pros

Decent pay and friendly coworkers.

Cons

Unreasonable workloads, the faster and more efficient you are the more work that you get assigned to you. Taking a day off is basically shooting yourself in the foot and you will be paying back your time off one way or another albeit working weekends or staying late to catch up on the massive work load that has been assigned to you and not completed while out of the office.

Pros

Great benefits and pay, room for advancement, fully remote and hybrid positions are available in pretty much every department.

Cons

The workload can get a little intense, but it's usually quite manageable.

Pros

One day a week in the office. No weekends. Work from home 4 days. New hires do have to be in office 2 days for first year then go to 1 day a week. Benefits are good. Everyone is awesome. Really only had one supervisor who was a little on the micro managing side but they were new to it. Other than that VP don down the line to adjuster are all super nice and approachable

Cons

It’s a stress full job. I love it but it’s not for everyone. You have to be on your A game every day or you will get behind
