Business outlook
Pros
Great flexible work arrangements, ie working from home, full or part time. Very nice gain share program, if the company does well, you will get a better year end bonus. Company higher ups are accessible. Great training!
Cons
Aggressive work goals, customer service reps will be pushed to produce as much as possible/take as many calls as possible. Very difficult to move up from call center/processing roles.
