Pros

Employees treated very well. Up to 16% bonus each year based on profits by company. Good health insurance benefits. Employees are given feedback in a positive manner. Godd chain of command structure.

Cons

STAR interviews for jobs. Satellite contact centers have little upward promotion availability. Changes made frequently sometimes without enough foresight as to consequences.

Pros

One day a week in the office. No weekends. Work from home 4 days. New hires do have to be in office 2 days for first year then go to 1 day a week. Benefits are good. Everyone is awesome. Really only had one supervisor who was a little on the micro managing side but they were new to it. Other than that VP don down the line to adjuster are all super nice and approachable

Cons

It’s a stress full job. I love it but it’s not for everyone. You have to be on your A game every day or you will get behind
