Pros

Overall, very nice. Clear expectations for the most part and great environment to work.

Cons

People are underpaid and paid less than new talent coming in the door with less experience.

Pros

One day a week in the office. No weekends. Work from home 4 days. New hires do have to be in office 2 days for first year then go to 1 day a week. Benefits are good. Everyone is awesome. Really only had one supervisor who was a little on the micro managing side but they were new to it. Other than that VP don down the line to adjuster are all super nice and approachable

Cons

It’s a stress full job. I love it but it’s not for everyone. You have to be on your A game every day or you will get behind
