Pros
- awesome vibe in the Melbourne team, everyone is nice and fun - best health insurance plan I've seen among all - one trip to Europe/US per year (but economy class so I stopped going later for the sake of my back)
Cons
- team structure changes every year and could be quite messy sometimes - tighter cost controls in all areas since the new SVP arrived 2yrs ago - as a global company, you'd be wasting a lot of time/energy waiting for approvals from ppl in different time zone for very simple requests
