Cons

They promote unqualified people to be managers, ultimately affecting your job security. I was put on a PIP and was a victim of wrongful termination for non-performance reasons after achieving 100% quota the previous year. They say they don't micromanage and do the opposite to show they are managing a team. Nit-picking for things that aren't performance-related can allow you to lose your job there. Having 2 managers for a renewal team isn't needed especially if one doesn't qualify to be promoted as a manager compared to the other manager.

Cons

Management recently took Proserv under their umbrella. THey don't know how to handle it.
