      Pros

      I learned a lot in my time there and didn't feel like a cog in a wheel.

      Cons

      No one wanted to give me the resources or knowledge to be successful in my job. I was basically setup for failure and everyone around me was "surprised" when I wasn't able to do my job correctly.
