8yThank you for sharing your feedback and for recommending PSB! We always enjoy hearing what our employees appreciate. Equally, we enjoy learning more about any dissatisfaction employees experience so that we may look to potential solutions. You mentioned "inconsistent rule enforcement" and "delayed incentives."
Concern: “inconsistent rule enforcement.”
Response: While it may appear that some employees may be getting away with certain policies, we do administer our policies and procedures fairly and equally. When an employee doesn’t know about conversations, coaching sessions, or write ups that happen behind closed doors, the perception might be that unfair treatment is taking place. We assure you that we hold all of our employees accountable equally.
Concern: “incentives can sometimes be delayed.”
Response: Bonus and incentives are typically paid out around the 10th of every month. If you are owed for any of these greater than 5 weeks in the past, please address with Human Resources. We will be happy to look into it!
