Procurement Partners' mission is so worthy. They are a company full of dedicated individuals, from the executive team on down. There's a lot of compassion for helping customers as well as employees. It is a busy and sometimes hectic work environment, but the executive team definitely it outcomes driven and reset goals to meet the business needs. Collaboration between the different departments is great and is a key to their continued success. The CEO "gets is" and is so passionate about aligning everyone to their mission and KPIs/MBOs. Having the ability to work remotely is a huge plus, and Procurement Partners is always looking for ways to improve employee engagement. The recent leadership changes over the past year have truly helped refocus the company.

A lot to do! There is no lack of opportunity as there are challenges.

Work life balance was pretty good

Would definitely avoid working here. Leadership tries to do too many things at once, there is zero company direction. Employee compensation has to be in the 5th percentile or below. Not sure how they are supposed to retain a revenue or stay above water in the next 1-2 years. Their top customers are all heading for the door.
