Pros

Collaborative remote environment to grow professionally as a team. Leadership values input and provides feedback for growth. Freedom to evaluate workflows, suggest improvements and run with change. Flexible and fun place to work.

Cons

Nothing abnormal given the challenges of the business in recent years. Things aren't always easy, but it's important to see they are changing for the better.

Pros

Work life balance was pretty good

Cons

Would definitely avoid working here. Leadership tries to do too many things at once, there is zero company direction. Employee compensation has to be in the 5th percentile or below. Not sure how they are supposed to retain a revenue or stay above water in the next 1-2 years. Their top customers are all heading for the door.
