Pros
What I liked the most was the flat hierarchy and the on going support from Senior Management. The initial training period and ongoing progress reports helped me develop in my role. Senior Management and other Consultants were always happy to help with questions. The Team dynamic at PC is incredible and working hours flew by. You cant say that there was any dull day during my time. Right from the start you learn the whole recruitment process and you are working independently. At every turn you could grab an opportunity and enhance your skills even further. I would say there was no limitation to what one could achieve/ do in a short period of time. Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable, kind and straight forward. I honestly loved working for PC and the team is one of the best I ever had.
Cons
I used to come in early ( an 1 hour) before everyone else and leave around 6pm after I finished all my daily work. It was often "frowned" upon by a few colleagues that I would leave right on time, because they didnt know I was already working 1 hour more than they had by this time. I think in the future it would help if everyone could choose for themselves when to come in and if all the work is done, not to be frowned upon.
